Just outside of the old city and the city center of Chiangmai, Thailand is the adventure and outdoor zone of Mae Rim. This is home to elephant camps, monkey training centers, jungle treks, canopy tours, a myriad of adventure sport activities and the ever-so popular Tiget Kingdom. In all the years living in Chiangmai, I never went to see the tigers until now. My girlfriend and I went for the day and it turned out to be quite exciting and a wonderful experience. I swore I was not going to hang out with the big tigers, but what the heck...In hindsight looking at the images, it seems I am a bit crazy and seems my girlfriend is just as nuts.
